MICHAEL LEWIS
Michael is Director of Acquisitions of Real Growth Capital and oversees investor relations, acquisition, marketing and company operations. He has more than a decade of experience in real estate investing, law, and finance and believes that real estate is the best investment for long-term wealth protection and growth.
He frequently shares his knowledge with individual investors through Real Growth Capital’s investment articles, blogs, and speaking engagements.
Michael learned about hard work and perseverance from his father, an electrical engineer succeeded by two generations of hardworking industrial electricians, and his mother, a school teacher. He was an Eagle Scout at 16, attended the University of Tennessee, and worked his way into the University of Maryland School of Law. After law school, he earned a judicial clerkship before starting his career as a litigator based in Virginia. Michael then had a prolific ten-year litigation career highlighted by successful representation of numerous businesses, work as lead counsel in wrongful death products liability litigation, and collaborations with landlords on risk mitigation and workup of real estate projects.
With a series of successes and a second child on the way, Michael retired from the active practice of law in 2016. His focus was on maintaining the wealth he accumulated, and his interest in real estate investing became an obsession.
Michael currently resides in Charleston, SC with his wife and children. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, primarily for collegiality, and is a licensed real estate broker. He enjoys traveling with his family and impressing his young children with his not very good guitar playing.

SCOTT STAMPS
Scott is Director of Investment Management at Real Growth Capital and oversees investment analysis, construction operations, and asset management. He believes that real estate provides the best risk-adjusted returns of any investment and that opportunities exist in any growing market.
He is a prolific real estate entrepreneur and developer with more than 44 successful projects in the last decade including multifamily, new home construction, and commercial properties.
Scott learned about hard work from a young age from his father. He excelled at data analytics and graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in finance then earned an MBA at Charleston Southern University. Scott worked full-time as a banker and analyst for 12 years and steadily built his real estate portfolio in his spare time. In 2014, he retired from banking and began to dramatically compound his wealth. He has deep knowledge of underwriting, financial analysis, debt structuring, construction, and development.
Scott resides in Charleston, SC with his wife and three children. He enjoys boating and cheering for his Georgia Bulldogs.
